Mars Drums

Mapex has created a series of drum sets and hardware that are designed for drummers who are ready to exchange their starter kit to a drum kit in the mid-range and is super simple to tune. Mars series offers shallow depth shells in 100% Birch or Maple with a completely new type of bearing edges - SoniClear™ - which follows the drumheads edge shape, and producing a fast, clear tone with a quick rebound. The contact surface of the drumhead is therefore optimal, resulting in more power and it is also super easy to tune to the tone you want. March series hardware is designed to match the drum kits. They are strong and steady, without being oversized, and is available in both chrome and black.
